We had to do a drawing of a work by Syd Mead. Here is the project I picked.
I sketched out the bike into shapes, and the other I wanted to draw. I started to block out some details.
I lowered the opacity of the sketch layer, then added more layers for the bike elements and started to refine the shapes.
I started to add colors I see in the image. I'm trying to recreate the lighting in the image.
I started to build a color pallet and blending colors. I added more of the colors I see in the reference.
Here is the final drawing after a few more hours of work. I made the final sketch 1920 x 1080.
